“I’m relatively new to pistols and Concealed Carry. I grew up in a rural area where every kid had a 22 and every dad had deer rifles, but the only handguns were 45s grandpa brought back from WWII in his sock drawer. And we didn’t know he had a Tommygun in his closet ;)
It was a different world. I’ve been listening to these trying to learn as much as I can to be a responsible protector of my family, have some fun at the range, but also know the laws and such.
I’ve learned more about disengagement and de-escalation of confrontation and letting the other guy “win” the argument. Very similar to the techniques I learned in Martial arts years ago.
