The second session of Equity and Choice in Health Care Access, a conference in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Center for Health Administration Studies (CHAS) at the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration, was titled, “Cost/Coverage Harmony or Trade-Offs under the ACA?” and included two speakers and a respondent. The first speaker was David Cutler, exploring how we understand what is happening with the cost of health care.
