“Discovering Ceremony Circle & hearing your story Alyson of your awakenin, how listening to your intuition played such a big part in that, is very similar to the experience I had 6 yrs ago after 18yrs of marriage.
Although, with 2 children in the mix, I decided to stay at my husband’s request and work on our relationship. Which for me meant working on myself, fixing all that was ‘wrong’ with me… which has been a journey of self-discovery like no other, leading me to realising I did not fix myself, I needed to reconnect with my worth and learn to value myself for who I am and what I am here to do in this lifetime.
I have grown so much through this experience. However, this has not help repair our relationship, after 24yrs of marriage my husband announced he was leaving me and did not wish to continue on this journey together.
While that difficult for my children to understand at first, the realisation that our soul contract was over and this relationship was not healthy for me or them and this is it leading us to something so much better… I am sure that will be the case even though we’re still transitioning out of this messy entanglement.
Ceremony Circle has been one of my ‘go to’ podcasts to connect (virtually) with & learn from those who have gone before me on their spiritual awakening path. It has been such a gift, I am so grateful to you Alyson, and all your guests for the work you do.
