Almost too good to be true
This is about as far as you can get from the American style BS that is so common in the self-help market. Kathryn And Julian come across as authentic, knowledgable and sincere and they gel together perfectly. The production and sound quality is professional. The bite-sized chunks of theory in each episode is about right.

Illman is like an old fashioned local radio presenter. Distracting comments and weird jokes do make following this a bit of a struggle.
