“So the characters of the podcast is great and the DM does a good job of acting on the fly but the homebrew inspiration system takes the risk of failure out of the game, when every roll below 10 they spend an inspiration point on gets rather old and arbitrary, steals a lot of the fun of playing around a failure out of the game.”
