“This podcast has two excellent cohosts who have some of the best chemistry in podcasting. It is great to hear them become better and better friends over the course of the show. The discussions are always lively and informative, the guests always offer brilliant insights, and the games they cover show the depth and breadth of the TTRPG hobby. They have so much helpful advice on making your home games as great as possible, and the deep dives into game design and the relationship between mechanics and narrative is fascinating. Character creation is usually the first contact people have with a game but so many actual play shows don’t share their process. This is a niche that definitely needed to be filled and they do a fantastic job!”
