After one too many mistakes it's in fact their boss who gets fired, not them. They strive to make things right and apologize to their ex-boss who says there's no hard feelings, in fact they have a gift. Jake is granted a monkey's paw and told that it has the power to make any man's dreams come true...but as always, you should be careful what you wish for.
