“First off… I only listened to one episode so YMMV. Growing up in Chicago and being 18 at the time of the Brown’s Chicken Massacre, I was intrigued by hearing the podcast. Unfortunately, the story telling is absent and the facts are breezed through - and superlatives are thrown out like false allegations against Portnoy. The most interesting facts of the case were presented as “I just read right now”. An early comment says, “We waited because we wanted to do it justice.” I would suggest it should have taken longer.
Really disappointing recap.”
