“Finally! A story about the Latin history of growing up in Houston where racial issues have always presided. My family moved to the city in the 80s so after this story occurred but we saw first hand some of the tension described so accurately here. As a first generation Tejana I feel very connected to the details of this story and am so proud of how well and intriguing it is being told by the host who you can tell has done a lot of research.
