This is a clear-eyed, practical, engaging and frequently amusing look at what it takes to keep a modest homestead up and running. I listened to all the episodes years ago when I was going through a lengthy serious illness. There’s an episode near the end of the series recounting a harrowing pig pregnancy/birth that iwas so profound and moving, the hosts deserve recognition both for what they went through and for the quality of the episode . I don’t know what they’re up to but I wish them well and I’m thankful for this podcast
