This week's interview is with mum of one son, Steph Buxton. Steph owns and manages her own livery yard as well as being a qualified riding instructor and NVQ assessor for equine colleges. This week the Horsey Pre School is in full steam ahead and Elaine Shaw  will catch up with us all next week as she is busy showing the Yearlings to interested buyers and trainers. Instead I have some stories sent in about just how quickly some ladies got back in the saddle! The Non Horsey Husband and I pick up on Steph's need for the gym and also how he used to be a Gym Instructor and the best way to set about training again after you've had a baby.
