“I am going to sound crazy for all this, so take with a grain of salt. I have been going through a tuff time with relationships, school, and mental and physical stress. For a while I thought I might die of the exhaustion of life. But if you are going through the same thing just take the time to listen to this amazing wordless music and talk with yourself and God. Believe me it helps SO much. I sat and prayed for about 5 mins and I already feel better and am hoping I can be better to the people around me. This music really helped me through my screaming, crying fits. Please know that God can be your stress free zone where you can say anything because he already knows you are thinking it. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. If you have got this far in reading this, please know that the people around you care for you and can help you.
