Something I would listen to while cleaning or trying to get stuff done
I have ADHD and I struggle to keep my mind focused but because I’m listening to a book and I have chilled out music in the back ground I’m able to concentrate enough to somewhat remember what I’m trying to do memory and forgetting what you’re doing is such a big part of ADHD in the negative aspect it’s hard to live with you could be doing something one second and then completely forget what you’re doing even though it’s in front of you so this has really helped me out a lot
