Listen now
Description
This week I spoke with David Yeung, co-founder and CEO of sustainability group Green Monday, maker of popular plant-based protein product OmniPork. David launched Green Monday in Hong Kong in 2012, and since then it's grown to include OmniFood products as well as the plant-based concept store Green Common. David and I chat about how the company expanded into mainland China, and how he's introduced alternative proteins to consumers.
