A little clumsy but a welcome addition
Kosta is an excellent commentator. Very entertaining and enjoyable. I have been an F1 fan since the Nelson Piquet days and have gleefully enjoyed what has happened in the US since Liberty Media has taken over. I have bought into the journey of picking a team and driver with Kosta and eagerly wait for each episode. I understand that there is a small window of time to get an immense amount of information into each podcast, I hope to hear one more level of depth as to where much of the passion comes from in many of us that love this sport with regards to the following; 1 - the technology and engineering is unmatched in its audacity and effectiveness out of any sport 2 - the difference between the groupings of cars is, literally, inches (.01 at 200 mph in qualifying) 3 - the academy system the teams have for drivers is much like european soccer etc and i wish we did more of that in the states 4 - there are 20 driver spots - IN THE WORLD The pressure and achievement in each driver is incredible 5 - the mental and physical toll of turning into a flat corner at 170mph knowing that, if you are too fast you are going off the track in a spectacular crash and if you are too slow the car won’t have enough grip and will ALSO result in a crash. 6 - you may get to it, but the finances of the payouts based on performance (points etc) dictate many of the drama decisions you discuss. More mention of this could provide better context to the decisions and stories you pick (which are all really good!) Kudos and thanks for this podcast. each episode has gotten better and better. Best of luck and I’ll look forward to the rest of the season.

More reviews of Choosing Sides: F1
If you are going to spend a quarter of the time trashing the people who made this great sport happen because of the money they made along the way, or how progressive their recreational activities are maybe it’s not the sport for you. The focus is on the amazing feats of engineering and the...Read full review »

Absolutely love this podcast, great info and hilarious! I could listen to Lily Herman talk about F1 for longer than is probably healthy. iHeart radio does love their advertisements though…

F1 (and motor sports, in general) deserve more love, and I’m happy to see the increased coverage. Felt like some of the team and driver bios didn’t tell the FULL story, but the show more or less delivered on what it was trying to do. But, for real, George should not be your favorite driver… total...Read full review »
