Nolan isn't just some fitness guru who has never had issues with unhealthy food or exercise - no, Nolan was obese and he worked hard at his diet and exercise to overcome his obesity. Nolan also did the internal work on himself and for himself to gain an understanding on the how and why he was obese. From that journey, Nolan continued his education and became certified to coach others on their journey. Nolan often has informative guests on his podcast but, quite frankly, it's his vulnerability that I get the most encouragement from.”
