Choral Fixation
I enjoyed the episode on Protest Singing, which recounted how popular tunes are co-opted to suit new causes. I remember my English mother who, as an immigrant to the US, was aghast to hear “God Save the Queen” changed into “My Country ’tis of Thee.”

Love love love the first episode about singing together at Christmas and how this can create a sense of joy and community that just might help us deal with our complicated feelings this time of year! I’m very excited to see where this podcast will go in the new year

The voices and songs and production are so easy on the ears it’s a real pleasure to listen to. I love the calm voices discussing not just singing but really our lives experienced through music. Beautifully done!
