“Look, I love this show. All three are delightful. But why oh why do they keep eating on the mic?? Maybe they don’t understand that it’s not just the chewing: when you eat you produce saliva and your whole way of speaking becomes “wet” for several minutes. The mic amplifies those wet sounds. It’s so unprofessional and, as someone with misophonia, it’s enraging. I have to turn the episode off and stew for awhile and then I end up writing reviews like this. Please stop making me this person. If the only time you have to eat lunch is when you are mic’d up in a professional setting, you’re doing too much.”
