“I love the Chris Evans breakfast show, particularly the interviews with guests that dig a bit deeper and was really looking forward to the podcast. I have listened to two so far with Rick and Rod and loved them both. Chris allowed his guests to talk (with only the occasional interruption) and I respect Chris’s easy interviewing style that enabled his guests to show their vulnerable side. The ‘but’ is because I found it really hard to hear Chris swear during the interviews - I’m no angel and am prone to the odd expletive, so I’m not sure why it jared so much. Maybe because it just felt unnecessary and because I am used to hearing Chris getting the best out of his guests without swearing on the radio. I don’t think it will stop me listening, but it has made me really think about how tired I am of hearing the F word all the time - but fully open to the possibility that I am out of time with the rest of the planet.
