These shows are really cool! As you listen, you are transformed to a different time. I wasn’t alive when these shows came out, but I am fascinated by them just the same. I love the shows that were recorded during, or around WWII. You can almost hear the tension in the performer’s voices. The occasional poor audio quality only adds to the authenticity. The only thing I would suggest changing is the timing of the ads for the podcaster. I know the ads are necessary, and that is fair, but I would suggest having them at the beginning, or even during the show, but not at the end. There is something beautifully romantic about having the show end as it did originally, gently into the wintry stillness of history.
