A healthier relationship with the mind
Listening to Clare’s podcast and programs has helped me have a more direct experience of what the mind is doing, how it is doing it, and most important of all it allowed me to see through the mind-created problems and challenges that were completely made up and in reality nothing to worry about in the first place. This understanding has brought in a sense of relief from the shame and guilt where the mind was claiming responsibility for past events and behaviours, as well as a huge weight of responsibility has been lifted for trying to make the right decisions in the future. There’s now a more peaceful experience with what is occurring or not occurring, and in Clare’s words this has allowed a much greater capacity of mind to actually be involved in solving real tangible problems and challenges than playing the game in this thought-believed world where I’ve spent much of my past. Thank you Clare for sharing your message and helping me have a healthier relationship with my mind!

I love this podcast, Clare is open and honest as she gently guides through the thoughts of the subliminal consciousness. It’s a fascinating subject and I look forward to Clare’s future podcasts and hopefully I can begin my journey on finding the inner calm she seems to possess in abundance!
