She started teaching meditation to help people focus on what truly matters, being part of their life instead of watching it pass them by. Often, we don’t know how to be an active participant in life, we're not present and aware of what is happening. She teaches practical mindfulness tools that can be used to help regulate emotions, increase attention, and practice self-kindness.
