“Often the stories are well read. But there are a handful that have really awful readings via vague mixed accents. Most recently, Madame Crowls Ghost is such an abortion of Teeside, Cumbrian and Sheffield accents it’s hard to listen because of this, an atmosphere can’t be created. Tony the show is great but stick to your voice. The accents aren’t effective.”
