Climate Change is increasing both the frequency and severity of extreme weather events. Because of this, it is more important than ever that emergency management officials utilize every tool available to them to communicate effectively and clearly with the public.   Jamie Biglow and Heather Marshall from CNA's Center for Emergency Management Operations join John Stimpson.
