“I just started to listen to your podcast and I really enjoy listening. I sold my house just before everything closed down which was lucky for me, purchased a fixer upper house with a duplex in the back but not able to fix up the back apartments yet. I will be closing on another in a few weeks from Auction.com so not sure of the condition yet. I heard you guys talk about buying houses that don’t need work which I may do next time. My houses will be owned clear and free, hoping to rent out the new house fast, was thinking if I take out a mortgage to fix the apartments up. The new house cost is 50k with comps in the 80s so there’s escrow and I learned hold till it doubles. Thank you for all the good advice. I will be going back to listen to all of your podcasts!”
