“Love this podcast and the approach Coach Chad takes towards REI. His goals much more align with mine than most everyone else with a platform in REI. It’s refreshing to see somehow who wants to be practical and values time over attempting to grow a 5,000,000 unit portfolio. The Small but Mighty REI book was fantastic and this podcast is basically an extension of the book which gives me a new listen weekly. I would recommend the book and podcast to anyone looking to grow a moderate sized portfolio and looking for an alternative to the “scale scale scale” approach”
