We were able to get our hands on some Gesha coffee from Finca el Injerto in Guatemala thanks to Jose's cousin. Fun fact: Gesha (or Geisha) coffee does not have Japanese ties. The name refers to the Gesha region in Ethiopia from which this varietal comes from.
