“When I listen to this podcast on a run, while grocery shopping, or in the late evening before bed I honestly feel like I have more friends than I actually do. As if I’m sitting down with a group of girlfriends to hash out a book review, ask advice about communication in my marriage, or soak up the endless tips on summer hacks with kids. I do have friends but they live miles and miles away. Motherhood can be super lonely for me, so the bit of time spent just listening to other women speak their hearts gives me the extra pep in my step to push through the loneliness on a particularly rough day.”
