Skincare, Fitness, and Masks
I loved listening to the podcast with Dr. Sarah Croft. It was very interesting to find out that you should wash your fabric mask after each day of wearing it. Plus, a disposable mask should be disposed of after one days use. I know I try to be sanitary and preserve the environment to a degree but now I understand how wearing a mask for a few days could detrimentally impact my skin because of bacteria, oils, etc... I also learned that as soon as you’re done exercising, you should wash your face or shower if you can. So, overall, it was a very benefiting and educational podcast. Thanks for always making sure we grow and learn.
