We're going to discuss how one of the largest healthcare providers in the country is delivering a frictionless patient experience by integrating access and navigation centers, care management and virtual care with technology across the continuum of care. Today we're having coffee with Craig Cordola. Craig joined Ascension Texas in September 2017 as President and Chief Executive Officer for Ascension Seton in Austin and Ascension Providence in Waco. He’s also Senior Vice President for Ascension Health.  Ascension Seton and Ascension Providence make up one of the largest health systems in Central Texas with more than 2,000 affiliated physicians, 12,000 associates, 150 sites of care, including 12 acute care hospitals and a wholly-owned health plan with over 250,000 covered lives. This includes the top children’s hospital in Central Texas, Dell Children’s Medical Center, and Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas, Austin’s only Level 1 Trauma hospital. Craig oversees the strategic direction and operational leadership of this $2.3 billion health system. In addition to his responsibilities in Texas, Craig oversees Ascension Living, Ascension’s senior living and long-term care communities across the nation, and Ascension at Home, which delivers compassionate, personalized care to patients at home.
