“This trainer was really disappointing when she suggested a patron to use a prong collar, even though she said she hasn’t used one in 17 years. There is ALWAYS a pain/discomfort free and force free option and to suggest use of such abusive tools in any capacity is irresponsible and saddening to hear coming from any trainer. I was really looking forward to this podcast after finding it, but I wouldn’t recommend due to this lack of compassion obviously shown.”
