Hey friends – Rachel here for a solo episode! A couple days ago an article titled “Cold Brew Sucks. Here’s Why” was published. No surprise, it’s ruffled some feathers among people in the cold brew industry. But after reading the article I felt I should share why I respectfully disagree. Although I understand why certain someones believe cold brew “sucks”, there are some points to be made that cold brew shouldn’t be cast in this negative light.
