That voice grates.
The hosts’ voices all sound similar but, for some reason, that Brook’s voice grates. Her seemingly self importance, injecting her hopes, fears, and know-it-all “experiences” makes it all the more annoying. Nearly every time I hear “I’m Brook”, I skip. I think the reason the original was so successful was Bill Cutis’ soothing voice. Paula does a great job, the others, excepting Brook, do a decent job.

Well structured and reported. But why keep referring to the detective who has dyslexia as a "super power." He's a grown man and the wording of him having this superpower is childish. Also, an intellectual disability does correlate with a low IQ, but that's a poor and offensive...Read full review »
