“How do you not know how to make queso? Alright. Get velveeta cheese. Yes it’s gross but that’s what makes the best queso. One can of Rotel and chop up the velveeta. Your mini crockpot is perfect. Microwaving in a large bowl works too. Add extra pico if that’s your style.
