Marine Gate and Yann Houllard are young urban architects who were joint winners of the Europan 17 competition for the Défendons les Palantins project on the Palais site in Belle-Île-en-Mer. They are working with hydrologist Fanny Picourlat on this project. Le Palais is a port town colourful with a military heritage.  Together, they fell in love with the site. But the town is facing rising sea levels. What response can be given to the fact that nature is stronger than man? To discover this short format in English.
