Description
Alan Benoit, Paul Riffault, Tom Barbier, Jean-Benoit Boccaren and Thomas Catti, graduate architects and urban planners, winners of the Europan 17 competition on the C.H.U. site in Nantes (44), under the name Matières Premières, are the founders of the Matin collective. Here, through Esther, they talk about the Europan 17 project: the transformation of the immense Nantes hospital site (formerly the C.H.U.), which all Nantes residents have experienced for better or for worse. What legacy? How can we redefine the relationship with the city, for what purpose? How can we regenerate this very mineral site? How can we rehabilitate the banks of the Loire? Many questions for a desirable future. Remember their name, Matin, for beautiful mornings to come! And listen to them, because hearing them talk about their project is captivating.
