A story time. I hope make it short.
I was looking for something queer to watch on Hulu and fell “Anyone But Me” and on YouTube “Chica Busca Chica” it’s a spanish version on the L word. There’s also a movie called “De Chica En Chica”
I decided I look up on these characters on these shows I was watching and that’s how I stumble across Nicole Pacent YouTube page and I was like wow she good looking, funny, smart, and there’s something that I can only imagine a few people may feel about her. (Mind you I never met her in my life) Special is the word.
I don’t know where I heard it but I found Nicole on Twitter and read she a host with “Coming Out Pod” with Lauren Flans.
“Coming Out Pod” it was just starting and from the beginning and I was hook.
Flans you are hilarious and I can tell you have a heart of gold. I really hope them straight girls quit playing with your emotions. Because I know the feeling.
Every Wednesday I look forward to listening to coming out stories of all walks of life facing the good the bad and the ugly.
It’s okay because sometimes life is like that. Learning and understanding. For you and no one else is the most important.
Acceptance is a hard sometimes and being honest with yourself is the biggest reality to face.
Thank you Nicole and Lauren for having the this platform for letting people to share their stories for letting us the listeners to know hey you are not alone and it’s okay.
