“I really am enjoying the backstories of each song but, PLEASE, stop with the stupid jokes. I’d rather it just be Dave discussing these albums alone. Every time he tries to talk about something serious Ian is making another stupid joke and, in doing so, throws Dave off track of what he was talking about.
One other thing regarding your newest review of Help!. The Beatles had not done a downer song before Yesterday? Uh. No. Misery, Not A Second Time and Baby’s In Black are not “feel good” songs. Not saying they’re in the same league as Yesterday but that song was not their first downer tune.”
