Tonight’s guest Ian Steppler and I discuss honey bees and related  practices and management. Ian tells us how he overwinters his bees in  his extreme cold environmenrt in Manitoba, Canada. He also shares his  perspectives on disease management, using natural pollen sources, and  how what he’s learned as a beekeeper has changed his perspectives on  some of his farming practices and that interaction with the land.
