This podcast is the bee’s knees.
This podcast makes you laugh so much it’s is like grinding your funny bone to dust and snorting the powder. Conan is one of the all-time greats, from his time writing for SNL and The Simpsons (during the golden years) to his late night and travel shows. You probably know he’s funny, but he might honestly be the funniest person alive. His conversational wit is incredibly quick and sharp even in comparison to his hilarious guests. If you have a thing for Olde Tyme-y references—honestly, a very small niche—then this darb is the berries and his podcast is the cat’s pajamas. Sona, on the other hand. Ugh. I just can’t with her. I know it’s a shtick and they really like each other or whatever, but I just want to reach into the speaker and throttle her, yelling “Do you know who this man is?!? Do you not bear witness to his genius daily?!? Show some respect when lounging upon a man’s coattails as he drags you to the top!” At least she lives all the way out in Altadena which, from my basic understanding of geography, is just outside of Topeka. Matt Gourley is fine. He’s like if Rivers Cuomo started talking to people instead of making increasingly mediocre songs. I guarantee he’s been in a photo where his shirt matched the wallpaper behind him. He once voiced a talking trashcan which, come to think of it, would have been the perfect job for Sona. Best podcast. 5/5 stars.

This is perfect! And being produced Matt Gourley?! Even more prefect-er! Can it get any more perfect-y? I don’t think.

The best late night host in my opinion. If I’m being honest, I should have waited until you release a full episode, but I like what I hear so far. Conan as an part time audio engineer, you actually have a really soothing radio voice, when closed mic’d in a recording studio. Well, done. I’m used...Read full review »
