“I really enjoyed Confronting OJ, because I felt like it told a story the media never told in the 90’s. With Confronting Columbine, I did appreciate the perspective of survivors, but felt that really fell short when confronting why school shootings happen. There doesn’t seem to be any appetite to challenge the narrative that school shootings will just happen so we need to be prepared for them. How about asking the question of how we can change society for the better and stop mass shootings? The lack of discussion about how gun access specifically increases the gun violence and mass shootings in America was off-putting. Great forum for this discussion but it was completely left out.”
