Dr. Georges Nzongola-Ntalaja is professor of African and Afro-American studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and author of "The Congo from Leopold to Kabila: A People's History" and last year of two new books - "Lumumba" and "Faillite de la Gouvernance et crise de la construction nationale au Congo-Kinshasa."
