Description
After a little break, CLP is back and badder than ever… (Sorry… Dad Joke) This week we spoke with The Resilience Project founder, Hugh Van Cuylenburg. What an insightful chat, and what an incredible, humble, hilarious human. In 2008, Hugh was fortunate enough to spend a few months living and volunteering in the far north of India. In this desert community, there was no running water, no electricity and no beds; everyone slept on the floor of their hut. Despite the fact these people had very little to call their own, Hugh was continually blown away by how happy they were. It was this experience that led him to some pretty simple, yet powerful conclusions about the things that we could be doing in Australia to become a whole lot happier. A decade or so on from his life-changing trip, Hugh and his’ Resilience Project’ team have helped over 1,000 schools, community leaders, and sporting clubs improve resilience and happiness within their organisations. Now that’s pretty special. You don’t want to miss this chat. __________ TODAY'S GUEST HUGH VAN CUYLENBURG Web: https://theresilienceproject.com.au/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/hughvancuylenburg/ __________ TODAY'S SPONSOR THE ASHY BINES SYSTEM An all-in-one solution for time-poor mums and professionals to regain their energy, bounce, and body confidence.
