Episode 997 NSA story
NSA would not have had to go to the home of the 21-year-old student. The NSA can access any email in US or Canada without leaving their office. Emails exist not just on our device but also on your email providers server. They could and do intercept emails from the server of your provider NOT your computer, the fact that the 21-year-old could fool the NSA into thinking she had deleted them is laughable. Once again, they can and do not need access do your device to get your emails, browsing history etc. They are exempt from laws on privacy that normal police have to follow.

I used to like this podcast, but recently, Richard Syrett is going full bore Trump conspiracy theory promotion. It's sad, but luckily, there are other podcasts that are less right wing and more balanced.
