Loved this show in the past
This podcast has reliably been a source of intelligent, insightful discourse. I have found a consistency of scholarship and challenge in each episode until recently. I appreciate the direction that the producers are going by introducing the Chavez’s but I find them incredibly difficult to listen to. I am hearing a personal therapy session with lengthy dialogue and backstory, unneeded repetition with each guest before they reach their question. Perhaps they could work on efficiency of speech while driving directly to their questions and let the guest do the large majority of the speaking. I am grateful for the topics. I will, however, regretfully skip past these episodes until the interview style is elevated.

This podcast has given me so much hope and perspective. The episode with Brian McLaren was a lifeline for me. I actually laughed aloud at the idea that he is a “child of Satan.” Thank you for all your work!!
