“Jess is so much fun, and Mikey has a lot of knowledge but… he interrupts her… incorrectly mansplains things to her… ices her out if she embarks on a feminist topic… refuses to laugh at her jokes… He keeps referring to Andy as “a cop” and how he barely serves “the force.” It’s a sheriff’s department. He’s a sheriff’s deputy. This is not a police force. And you claim to know this show. I’m trying to power through and I hope it gets better. If not, you deserve better treatment, girl. —— Nope. You cannot find a moment (other than her reading the descriptions) where he is not talking over her. He even interrupts her as she’s trying to say of Lucy, “They let her finish,” and he does not see the irony. It’s… ugh. Someone please punch this man.”
