For the past 10 years, a young British woman has been locked up in hospital. Whilst she was born with a learning disability, there was no medical reason for her to be detained in hospital and her parents continue to fight every day for her release.     And she's not alone, as more than 2000 people with learning disabilities or autism remain stuck in hospitals across England, with little chance of escape.
