“I donno, to me a huge part of trance music is the track selection in a set. Sure there are good tracks and bad tracks but the real talent as a DJ is to tie it all together and maybe turn something average in to a stormer just by the surrounding tracks.
As such a trance chart show doesn't quite gel with me. I love Ferry, he first got me in to trance 10 years back and I've followed him ever since. I listen to this every week and quite enjoy it but it just doesn't work as well as the high-flying weekly DJ sets from the likes of Armin, A&B, Lange etc etc.”
