Wannabe Investigator’s Crap Connections & Red Herrings
Excitedly started season 3 after hearing about it on another podcast. Super disappointed in its quality by the end. The host’s logic is sporadic, her links are weak and unexplained, and her “new discoveries” are red herrings packaged as serious “investigative journalism.” She gets so lost in the weeds that she totally sidesteps the bigger picture and ridiculousness of her unsubstantiated claims. And she conflates the arguments of defense attorneys with truth and innocence. Another example of trendy true crime that reduces crime and the justice system to a listener puzzle (a poorly organized one here) and frames itself as a “real” investigation. Huge disservice to the cases involved and listeners.

More like audioblowschunks. This podcast company releases some of the worst true crime podcasts these days. And here I thought tenderfootTV was overrated. 🙄

So please stop treating us like we are by asking us to 5-star an unreleased podcast. Will update review when this podcast is actually released ...
