“I wish I could appreciate this show more, but the past several episodes have been letdowns for me. The topics are great, and I get excited to listen to each one. But then when she describes it in more detail, it’s not really what I expected? Not to say it won’t be helpful to others, but the specifics on the topics are just….too specific. Like the latest, How to Handle a Bad Day and Get Unstuck. Her perspective on it is that you overthink and overwork, and the solution is to stop working and take a break. But, I’m feeling stuck in the opposite way, especially during quarantine - I can’t get STARTED working and I feel stuck and continually have these unproductive bad days. I literally do nothing but sit and stare at the wall. So how does taking a break really help me? There have been many episodes that end up like this for me. I wish the advice was a little broader to apply to many situations, then go into some possible perspectives to help more specifically.”
